Where do you ship?

We currently only ship across Australia.

How much is shipping?

We provide FREE Shipping across all orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The estimated delivery is between 7-15 business days.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. The cut-off time for same-day processing is 12:00 PM (AEST).
  • After processing, orders are shipped and the estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) from dispatch.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered, on unworn pieces in original packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee on any returned items.

To request for a return please email us at info@calladays.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, the reason, and photos if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back.

What if the item I received is incorrect/damaged?

If you receive an incorrect/damaged item(s), please email our customer service within at info@calladays.com within 48 hours of receiving the products.

We will send you the correct/replacement item free of charge or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Available options are shown at checkout.

Is my personal & payment details safe?

Yes, at Calladays, we take your privacy seriously.

As for payment details, our checkout is secured with SSL encryption, and payments are processed by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

How can I change/cancel my order?

At Calladays, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible, however, if you would like to request any changes/cancellations, please email us at info@calladays.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, the order is automatically processed and can no longer be canceled.

You may still return it in accordance with our return policy once received.
