Returns & Refunds
At Calladays, we want every piece you bring into your home or wardrobe to feel right. We know that ordering online isn't always perfect, so we've made our returns process as straightforward as possible. Please take a moment to read through this policy before placing your order or sending anything back to us.
Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your parcel is delivered to lodge a return request with us. We work this out from the tracking confirmation, so please get in touch within that window even if you're still deciding.
Requests made after the 30-day period has passed cannot be accepted.
We do not charge a restocking fee on any returned items.
What You Can Return
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item needs to come back to us:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed, with no signs of wear, makeup, fragrance, smoke, or pet hair.
- In its original packaging, with all tags, cards, dust bags, and protective wrapping still attached.
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase — your order number or confirmation email is fine.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item arrives back to us in a condition that doesn't meet the above. In that case, the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
Items We Can't Accept Back
For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Pierced jewellery — earrings, nose studs, body jewellery, and any item designed to be worn through the skin.
- Hair accessories that come into direct contact with the scalp, once removed from packaging.
- Sale, clearance, and promotional items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Personalised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged through wear, misuse, or improper care (for example, jewellery worn in the shower, pool, or ocean, or home decor pieces dropped or chipped after use).
This list does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where an item is faulty or not as described.
Sizing, Colour & Style
We do our best to photograph and describe each piece accurately, but please keep in mind:
- Colours can appear slightly different on screens depending on your device and lighting.
- Jewellery measurements are listed on each product page — please check these before ordering, especially for rings and chain lengths.
- Fashion sizing can vary between styles, so we recommend reviewing the size guide on the product page.
A small variation in tone, finish, or measurement is not considered a fault. If you're unsure before purchasing, feel free to email us and we'll do our best to help.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@calladays.com with:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you'd like to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Clear photos of the item, especially if it's faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address along with any specific instructions for packing the item safely — particularly important for fragile home decor and delicate jewellery.
Please don't send anything back before you've received approval from us. Items returned without a confirmed return request may not be processed, and we can't take responsibility for them.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns and exchanges:
- You're responsible for the cost of return shipping.

After your return request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and return address via email.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll cover the return shipping — see the next section.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different to what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery at info@calladays.com and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in (this helps us with our supplier and courier claims).
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange one of the following at no cost to you:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to stock).
- A refund to your original payment method.
We'll cover the return postage where required.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether it's been approved.
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Where applicable, refunds will include any GST paid.
- Original shipping fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
If 10 business days have passed and you still can't see your refund, please first check with your bank and card provider, then reach out to us at info@calladays.com so we can follow it up.
Exchanges
Because our stock moves quickly, the easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the piece you'd like instead. This way you won't miss out if a size or style sells out while your return is in transit.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our items dispatch quickly through our supply network, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of your order being placed. After this window, your order will already be in processing and we won't be able to amend it.
Please email info@calladays.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch at info@calladays.com. We'll work with the courier to investigate.
If a parcel is officially declared lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
