At Calladays, we're committed to delivering your orders carefully and reliably. Please see our shipping policy below to understand how we handle order processing, shipping times, and delivery.
Order processing
- All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping times
- Once processed, orders are shipped with a transit time of 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
- The total estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days (processing + transit, Monday to Friday).
Shipping method and delivery country
We currently offer shipping across Australia and International Shipping across United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we run free shipping promotions from time to time — these are shown clearly when active.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Please allow 24 to 72 hours after dispatch for tracking to show its first scan. This is normal for international delivery.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in. Send them to our customer service team at info@calladays.com within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, we are unable to issue a replacement.
If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@calladays.com and we'll work with the courier to investigate. If a parcel is officially declared lost in transit, we'll arrange either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you'd prefer.

Delivery restrictions
- We currently ship across Australia, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.
- We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers at this time.
